As you will have no doubt seen and heard, Russian President Vladimir Putin has launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, shattering peace on the European continent.
It has already turned bloody. The Ukrainian government says 40 soldiers have died so far, while civilian deaths are believed to number at least 18, with most of those killed in a missile strike on the city of Odessa in the south of the country.
