If you're looking to get fit - or just try out what joining a gym is like - there are free three-day passes available to claim from PureGym
The passes can be used at your pick of the PureGyms across the country, including in Newcastle, Sunderland, Gateshead, and Quorum business park in Longbenton.
But you've only got until midnight on Sunday March 13 to claim a pass.
PureGym will not ask for credit or debit card details for those claiming the passes, though, of course, those interested in joining full time can do so.
"Our gyms are friendly, supportive, and judgment-free spaces where everybody can come in, work out and leave feeling good," says PureGym
The passes must be claimed by the end of Sunday, but the "start date" can be delayed for seven days, according to the terms and conditions.
Day passes are valid for one person and one gym only. They can be used on "consecutive days" - so a three day pass will be valid for the next three days, once activated.
PureGym retains the right to withdraw the passes at any time.
Some gyms are excluded from the deal, but the passes can be used at two Newcastle PureGyms, as well as the sites in Sunderland, Gateshead and Quorum business park.
How to claim a free 3-day PureGym pass
Head to https://www.puregym.com/freepass/ and click on the button to claim the free pass. You will then be asked to pick a gym. Next, click on "day pass" (it may say just 1 day). That should take you through to another section where you can claim a free three-day pass (worth £11.99 at the Newcastle gyms).
Although PureGym says you will need a code (FREEPASS) to get the complimentary pass, entering a code was not necessary when ChronicleLive tried it out on Wednesday March 9.
The offer will expire at 11.59pm on Sunday, March 13, 2022
