With the recent uptick of player movement in college basketball, many fans are inclined to believe any rumors surrounding the transfer portal no matter how big the name.
That fact made itself abundantly clear Tuesday morning, as speculation surrounding Purdue center Zach Edey spread like wildfire before the man himself stepped in to shut them down.
"My people are telling me Zach Edey is in the transfer portal," former Indiana coach and frequent provocateur Dan Dakich said on Twitter. "The transfer portal and NIL suck."
