Punjab: Ludhiana reports six Covid deaths, 1,040 cases

LUDHIANA: 1,040 persons, 914 from Ludhiana tested positive for Covid-19 on Tueday. There were six death as well in the city.

A day before, 1,211 persons, 1,041 from the district, had tested positive for Covid.

As per the health bulletin, six persons died of Covid and they included 80-year-old female from Mundiyan Kalan, 78-year-old male of Machhiwara and 64-year-old male of Ferozepur road Ludhiana whereas three deceased persons from outer areas belonged to Jalandhar, Ferozepur and Malerkotla districts.
