CHANDIGARH: Leader of opposition Partap Singh Bajwa on Monday expressed displeasure over a notice issued to the members of Congress for not marking attendance during the recently held special session and urged speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan to take steps to address concerns of the opposition and ensure the Vidhan Sabha functioned fairly and transparently.
Congress legislators had walked out of the session and demanded the question hour be held, and a call-attention motion be taken up.
