PUNE: The bidirectional flyover at Nal Stop chowk on Karve Road will be thrown open to public on Sunday, a week after Metro inauguration on the stretch, with the remaining work expected to get over in a day or two.
The flyover is a part of double-decker facility in which Metro viaduct is placed at top and a vehicular flyover below it. Both the facilities are coming up on same pillars. It will ensure smooth movement of vehicular traffic towards Kothrud and Deccan Gymkhana, without having to halt at Nal Stop chowk.
