Alan Brazil has slaughtered Celtic over their loss to Rangers as he branded the midfield "garbage".
The Celtic-daft pundit hammered his former club's performance in the 1-0 loss to Rangers, just seven days after the 3-0 loss in the Premier Sports Cup.
Brazil stated the midfield had "no legs and no fight" in the loss as he admitted he had no complaints over the end result.
On the talkSPORT Breakfast Show, Brazil said: “To be honest. No complaints. The best team won. Celtic were second best everywhere.
“Very disappointing if you are a Celtic supporter. 60,000 people went away shaking their heads.
“I think, to be honest, I think the vast majority thought we might get beat.
“I spoke to Ally [McCoist] after the game, I just can’t accept every loose ball they won, every 50/50 they won, even some of the balls that they didn’t deserve to win, they won. They just wanted it more.”
He continued: “What about the midfield? It’s garbage.
“I don’t like slagging people off but the midfield is garbage. No legs and no fight.
“You think of Roy Keane, Roy Aitken, my old captain, Scott Brown, another one. Even if you aren’t playing well they would be getting into each other’s faces and the other players.
“Second best, soft and no fight.”
