Sky Sports pundit Scott Minto believes Leeds United fans should be worried about the season ahead amid the expected departures of Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha.
United accepted an offer from Manchester City on Friday night for Phillips with the midfielder set to officially link up with the Premier League champions in the coming days. Phillips has long been linked with a move to the Etihad Staidum and it is believed the club will hope to pull in a fee in the region of £50m if all clauses are triggered.
Raphinha has also been heavily linked away, with Arsenal seeing a bid rejected by the Whites earlier this week. The Gunners, Barcelona, Chelsea and Tottenham are all said to be interested in the Brazilian and it seems he could be set to leave Elland Road, too, should a suitable offer be made.

As such, the pressure is on for Leeds to find replacements for the pair over the remainder of the summer. However, former Chelsea and Benfica man Minto, insists Leeds fans have reason to be concerned.
“They just about stayed up, Leeds,” Minto told TalkSport. “But if you’re going to let Kalvin Phillips go, you need to get good money for him and if you let Raphinha go, which obviously we don’t know if that’s going to happen, £100m between the two if they get it, on the face of it that’s good money.
“You’re talking about a team that survived on the very last day with those two players in the team. If you’re now going to get rid of your two best players, they’ve had injuries, of course they have.
“Patrick Bamford coming back will be key, but is there a guarantee that he’ll be as good as he was in the first season? There’s no guarantee, but even if you think he would be, Leeds are still massively depleted. What you then do with that money is absolutely crucial.
“At this moment in time, if I was a Leeds fan, I’d worry.”
