Clinton Morrison has hailed Brenden Aaronson's debut as 'outstanding' after the American impressed in Leeds United's 2-1 win over Wolves.
Aaronson was handed his first Leeds start by Jesse Marsch, and he was one of the Whites' star performers. The summer signing thought he'd scored the winning goal, but it has been officially given as a Rayan Ait-Nouri own-goal.
However, Aaronson still caught the eye of former Crystal Palace striker Morrison.
"He's lightweight, but what he does have is ability," Morrison said on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday. "He wants to take you up the pitch, he wants to create stuff and he can come in on either foot. He can go on the outside or come in on the inside.

"He gets into little pockets. He doesn't play like a winger that hugs the touchline, he comes into pockets. That makes it hard for full-backs, because you don't know where he's going.
"He can beat someone and deliver balls into the box. I thought he was probably Leeds' best player. He was outstanding. It was a good debut from him.
"He's got a lot of ability. I think it's a good signing. I'm not going to sit here and say that he has the levels of Raphinha, because Raphinha was outstanding and one of the best around in the Premier League last season.
"But this young lad has got loads of potential. He's a really good signing for Leeds."
