1990s legends Pulp are bringing their first tour in more than 10 years to Cardiff next year. Jarvis Cocker will definitely be joined by drummer Nick Banks who shared news of the tour on Twitter while Cocker said: "Three months ago, we asked, 'What exactly do you do for an encore?' Well…An encore happens when the crowd makes enough noise to bring the band back to the stage.
"So… We are playing in the UK & Ireland in 2023. Therefore… Come along & make some noise. See you there.”

The band, who are loved for their tracks, Disco 2000, Babies, Do You Remember the First Time and Common People plus loads more, will be at Cardiff's International Arena on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, November 4 at 9am and will be available from Ticketmaster.
The shows come 10 years after the band last reunited in 2013 when they performed in their hometown of Sheffield and released a previously unreleased track - After You. Often thought of as a '90s or 'Britpop' band, Pulp were formed in 1978 and in 1981 performed on the Peel Sessions for iconic DJ, John Peel. But it wasn't until the next decade did their popularity really take off with the release of Separations and His 'n' Hers, before 1995's number one and Mercury Music Prize-winning, Different Class.
