The Los Angeles Rams were given a serious scare on Sunday afternoon when Puka Nacua hit the ground hard after a 20-yard reception and remained on the turf for a little while. He walked very gingerly to the locker room, holding his right side in significant pain.
It looked like a severe injury, but after halftime, Nacua returned to the field and was back in the game. He showed no ill effects from the injury in the second half, giving everyone hope that he’s going to be OK long-term.
Sean McVay provided an update on Nacua on Monday, telling reporters he suffered an AC sprain in the Rams’ win. The team will be careful with him during the week of practice, and he’s still likely to play against the Ravens on Sunday.
Rams WR Puka Nacua sustained an AC sprain against the Browns, according to HC Sean McVay, but sounds like McVay doesn't expect that to impact his availability for this week's game against the Ravens.

That’s about a best-case scenario for Los Angeles after it appeared Nacua might be sidelined for quite a while.
