Glendale, California-based Public Storage (PSA) is a leading real estate investment trust (REIT) and one of the largest owners and operators of self-storage facilities in the United States. Valued at $54.3 billion by market cap, the company provides storage units for personal and business use, typically through month-to-month leases, and also generates revenue from tenant insurance, merchandise sales, third-party facility management, and lending to self-storage operators. The self-storage giant is expected to announce its fiscal 2026 Q3 earnings on Monday, Oct. 26, after the market closes.
As the earnings release approaches, analysts expect PSA to report an FFO of $4.27 per share on a diluted basis, down marginally from $4.31 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has consistently surpassed Wall Street’s FFO estimates in three of its last four quarterly reports, but missed the last quarter.
