
Allegations of child sexual abuse or related misconduct levelled at state servants has hit a "significant peak" following a landmark inquiry into public institutions.
The 2023 final report of a commission of inquiry found the Tasmanian government had too often responded inadequately to allegations or instances of child sexual abuse over decades.
