A pub landlord hit back at a reviewer with a clever response after the punter claimed their restaurant was the “worst carvery ever”.
A diner who visited the Fox Inn in Lower Chaddesley, Worcestershire, left an anonymous one-star review, calling it the worst carvery he had ever visited - with the beef being "tough and very fatty".
The diner’s review of the pub, which, with a four-star rating on Tripadvisor is one of the most highly rated restaurants in the town, prompted the owner of The Fox Inn to respond and call the review “suspicious”.
