The PSNI is warning international students to be on the lookout for scams after two of them were conned out of £105,000.
One student transferred £70,000 to an account after being contacted by a fraudster posing as a Chinese police officer, police here say.
The PSNI says they are working with both local universities to raise awareness about scams after the two international students studying in Northern Ireland were targeted.
