PSNI's new-look uniform unveiled

PSNI officers have ditched their traditional shirts and ties in favour of sports-style half-zips.

The uniform is being rolled out from today (Monday January 31) - but while the new look is seen more modern it will stick with traditional colours.

Chief Constable Simon Byrne unveiled the new uniform, saying the new style of trouser and a bottle green top will replace the white shirt and tie.
