Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has admitted his club has been interested in Marcus Rashford before and could be again next year.
The Manchester United star has returned to his best this season after a difficult last campaign, sitting top of the side's scoring charts with eight. Rashford is also enjoying a strong World Cup with England, scoring three times in the Three Lions' march to the quarter-finals.
There were suggestions last season during Rashford's struggles that he might look to leave Old Trafford amid inconsistent playing time. PSG was one club who held an interest.

Al-Khelaifi has now come clean about the Parisian's attempts to sign the 25-year-old and wouldn't be adverse to making another attempt, especially as he's available for nothing.
"He's another player that is really amazing," Al-Khelaifi told Sky Sports News when asked about the possibility of PSG signing Rashford as he is a 'free agent'. "And for free? To have Rashford for free, every club would run after him, definitely.
"We're not hiding it, we spoke before and… interest. But the moment was not a good moment for both sides. Maybe, summer, why not?
"Today if he's a free agent of course we can talk to him directly but we are not going to talk to him now. Let him focus on the World Cup. Then after in January, hopefully, if we're interested we will talk to him."
Unfortunately for PSG, the line of questioning ignored the fact that while Rashford's contract does technically expire in the summer, United hold the option to extend it by a further year to 2024. It's a clause the club inserts in nearly all of their new contracts and is almost always triggered.
It's highly unlikely that Rashford will be available for free in 2023. United are also allowing their players to focus their energy on the World Cup but it's expected that contract talks could begin with Rashford, as well as Luke Shaw and Diogo Dalot, once the tournament is concluded.
