Paris Saint-Germain sporting advisor Luis Campos has denied rumours that Kylian Mbappe wants to leave the club amid links with Liverpool.
Reports from Spanish news outlet Marca are claiming that Mbappe feels “betrayed” by PSG, and is looking to leave the club in the January transfer window. The report goes a step further by claiming that PSG would only sell the France international to one club, and that is Liverpool.
The report also claims that PSG agreed to allow Mbappe to leave in the summer, but would not allow him to move to European champions Real Madrid, before he eventually signed a new contract. They also claim that the relationship between Mbappe and PSG is 'completely broken' and given their refusal to let their star man join Madrid, a move to Liverpool 'could be the only option'.

However, despite these rumours, Campos has denied their accuracy and insists that Mbappe is happy at PSG. The 58-year-old was appointed as the French club’s sporting advisor in the summer, soon after Mbappe signed his new lucrative contract.
“I am very surprised because I spend all my days with Kylian Mbappé, and he never once asked me or the president to leave in January,” Campos told French news outlet RMC Sport.
“We have to be very clear that this isn’t a declaration – it is news that has come out a few hours before a very important match against Benfica.
“As for me, I have a three year contract at PSG and I am very happy to be here, in this place – and I work everyday so that I can fulfil my ambitions at the end of my contract.”
