Paris Saint-Germain chairman Nasser Al-Khelaifi is hugely impressed with the "amazing" Jude Bellingham during his first World Cup with England.
The England midfielder is expected to leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer with Liverpool holding a long-standing interest in the teenager.
However, the Reds are rumoured to be facing competition from the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea and PSG for the 19-year-old superstar.

Bellingham will line up for Gareth Southgate's side on Saturday night as England take on defending champions France with a semi-final spot up for grabs.
Al-Khelaifi spoke to Sky News about his admiration for the youngster, and said: "Amazing player, what a player. Obviously, England are lucky to have him. He's one of the best players in the tournament. You see how it's his first World Cup and he's calm, relaxed and confident, amazing.
"That's what everyone wants, I'm not going to hide it, but I respect his club. If we want to talk to him, we will talk to the club first."
Dortmund are reportedly looking for a fee of between £85million and £130million for the former Birmingham City midfielder.
