PSA: The Eagles’ famed ‘Tush Push’ play is now called ‘Brotherly Shove’

The Philadelphia Eagles’ signature play when in short-yardage situations or at the goal line is the source of a lot of consternation at the moment.

The play has been called the “Tush Push” — Jalen Hurts lines up in a QB sneak formation and goes right into the pile, with his talented offensive line attempting to make room … and Hurts maybe getting some help from behind.

With talk about how this should or shouldn’t be banned (spoiler alert: It shoudn’t!), along with an awful Chris Simms comment on suggestions of QB headhunting, there’s also a new name going around social media for the play.

So long, Tush Push. Say hello to … the Brotherly Shove!
