The PS Plus Extra and Premium games lineup has been revealed, and includes the PlayStation debut of one of 2022's best titles, Rogue Legacy 2
Sony has finally announced the PS Plus Extra and Premium June 2023 lineup, and it includes the critically acclaimed indie title Rogue Legacy 2 which finally arrives on PlayStation as a day one PS Plus title. Rogue Legacy 2 is the sequel to the similarly amazing Rogue Legacy which launched back in 2013. This release marks the newest platform for the game after it launched on PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch last year.
From one of the top rated games of 2022 to one of the top rated games of 2021, Inscryption from Daniel Mullins Games joins PS Plus this month. Inscryption is a mind-bending card game, but the less said about the game the better, let's just say it goes in some wild directions and is one of the most unique games I've ever played.
Another top tier indie release from 2022 is included this month with the excellent throwback beat 'em' up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge. The game takes you back the heyday of arcade games by offering up a new take on the classic Turtles arcade titles (and surpassing them in every way). Shredders Revenge offers offers 6 player coop action and a banging soundtrack including a tune from Wu Tang Clan's Raekwon and Ghostface Killah.
