The PS Plus Essential June 2023 lineup launches today for subscribers, here's when you can get your hands on the three titles available this month.
It's the first Tuesday of the month, which means a new selection of PS5 and PS4 titles will be available for PS Plus Essential subscribers today. The three games joining the service this month were announced last Wednesday and includes the dinosaur management sim Jurassic World Evolution 2 which features many of the cast members from the iconic film franchise. There's also and the Akira Kurosawa -inspired indie action game Trek to Yomi which comes courtesy of Shadow Warrior and Evil West developers Flying Wild Hog.
The latest NBA game in the long-running NBA 2K series, NBA 2K23 is also available this month. The newest title in the series retells the story of Michael Jordan's rise through the NBA, and is a solid time as far as sports games go, even if it is laden with microtransactions like the majority of 2K Sports titles seem to be. It's a great game to dig into over the summer if you're not struggling to find time between the bombardment of huge AAA releases releasing on PS5 this month like Street Fighter 6, Diablo 4, and Final Fantasy 16.
