Former Northern Ireland women’s football captain Gail Redmond was presented with her MBE by the Prince of Wales at Windsor Castle on Wednesday.
The 43-year-old from Carrickfergus was recognised for services to football in Northern Ireland in the New Year Honours.
Redmond was recently appointed manager of Northern Ireland Women's Under 17 and 19 squads, and also works at the Irish Football Association (IFA) as women’s development manager.
