Plans are in place to built 66 new homes on a vacant site on the Irvinestown Road in Enniskillen.
Contractors P.J Treacy & Sons are bringing forward plans for the waterside residential development in the Co Fermanagh town.
The plans include a mixture of one, two and three bed apartments as well as a number of townhouses.

The site is situated adjacent to the Racecourse Lough and encompasses approximately 2.18 acres and was previously the site of the GT Exhausts factory.
The developers are planning to hold an information evening on Wednesday 2 November in the Enniskillen Hotel ahead of the plans formally being brought to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.
A statement on a website for the new development, known as Millwater Bay, said the proposals would offer a ‘best-in-class’ housing offering in Enniskillen.
“The total number of new homes proposed for the site is approximately 66. The proposals would see a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments along with a number of 3-bedroom townhouses built on the site,” the website states.
“As part of the proposals, a new jetty providing access onto Racecourse Lough would also be built along with a new road traffic access point on the Irvinestown Road. Finally, the site will provide a range of communal open space, associated parking and site landscaping.
“These provisions, when viewed together, provide the basis for a high-quality series of proposals designed to create a best-in-class housing offering in Enniskillen.”
