Property advisory firm JLL has appointed Simon Peacock as head of regions with responsibility for the firm’s 10 offices across the UK.
Mr Peacock will join the firm’s UK executive board and continue to oversee JLL in Wales and the South West of England, where it has offices in Bristol, Exeter and Cardiff.
Mr Peacock joined JLL in 2011 and has also grown the firm’s UK-wide project management business.
He said “I have been fortunate enough to work across a number of regions during my time at JLL and look forward to using this experience to help drive change and innovation across the country. Over the next year we will continue to focus on regeneration, sustainability, growing our residential business and continuing to build our key client accounts.”
In light of the appointment, former head of regions and the Midlands, Ian Cornock, is taking on a new role and will head the firm’s regeneration growth initiative. Stuart Smith will take over as lead in the Midlands.
Mr Peacock said: “Regeneration and the levelling up agenda will be a key focus area across the regions going forward, so it is great to have someone as experienced as Ian working with us to help us achieve our ambitions in this area,”
All the roles will take effect from the beginning of February.
