Offers are being invited in the region of £275,000 for a pub which closed in September. The New Inn, in Bath Street in Ilkeston, has been posted on Rightmove to lure interested buyers.
The prominent three-storey corner property is described as having key features including: A commercial and retail area, three-bedroom domestic accommodation, first-floor function room and a small rear yard.
The property, owned by Admiral Taverns, is described on Rightmove as: "A brick built three and two-storey corner property of painted rendered elevations beneath pitched tiled roofs. Internally the accommodation briefly comprises a single U-shaped trading area, with bar servery, wooden flooring, upholstered perimeter seating and darts throw.

"The pub also benefits from a beer cellar, kitchen and store. Over the first floor the New Inn also has a small function room, able to accommodate up to 75 persons, with separate bar servery.
"The domestic accommodation is situated over the upper floors and briefly comprises three bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. Externally there is small enclosed paved terrace to the rear which is used as a smoking shelter as well a small yard with outbuildings used for storage."
A spokesperson from Admiral Taverns said: “We are strong believers in the importance of community pubs and our focus is always on helping our licensees to run sustainable pub businesses. After careful consideration however, we felt in this instance that The New Inn did not have a long-term sustainable future and therefore we’ve taken the decision to put the pub up for sale."
