London council housing scandal probe 'points to mass-scale organised fraud and 'criminality at its highest end'

A police investigation into housing fraud at a London council could reveal “criminality at its highest end” a councillor has warned.

City of London Police believe “hundreds” of Barking and Dagenham Council-owned homes could have been fraudlently let.
