The Princess of Wales has brightened up rainy Wimbledon in a stunning green and white ensemble on the second day of The 2023 Championships. The usual summer scenes of Pimm's and strawberries and cream were dampened by drizzle on Tuesday (July 4) as tennis enthusiasts turned out for another day of action.
Amongst them was the Princess of Wales, a keen tennis fan who usually makes time in her busy calendar of engagements to attend Wimbledon. Kate, 41, stunned in a beautiful mint green and white blazer and dress combo, which tied in with the colour of the tennis balls.
Kate made a surprise appearance at the Championships to cheer on British number one Katie Boulter, although the rain halted the first set. Kate looked fresh in a £1,950 mint green double-breasted Balmain blazer with a white lapel, which she paired with a white pleated midi dress, and white heels.

As the heavens opened and rain halted play at the Championships, Kate took shelter beneath a Wimbledon umbrella as spectators waited for the wet weather to pass. Later on, she made her way to the Royal Box, where she is set to watch her friend Roger Federer be honoured in a special ceremony at the club.
Announcing her arrival at Wimbledon, the Championships' official Twitter accounted posted snaps of the Princess smiling and laughing despite the rain, captioned: "A warm welcome to Our Patron, HRH The Princess of Wales."
During her visits to Wimbledon, mum-of-three Kate wears a green and purple bow tie pin which represents her patronage of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, the venue that hosts Wimbledon. Only certain members are permitted to wear the pin or necktie at Wimbledon events and, as a patron, Kate is one of them.
Last year, Kate and Prince William took Prince George to watch Nick Kyrgios go up against Novak Djokovic. George, now nine, waved to royal fans as he made his way to his seat with his mum and dad on what was a very hot day.
It is not yet known whether any of the Prince and Princess of Wales' children will be joining their parents courtside during this year's Championships. Kate is a keen fan of tennis and has clearly passed her love of the sport onto her eldest son, who has received private tennis lessons from all-time great Roger Federer who won Wimbledon eight times.
