The Princess of Wales maintains her slim figure by sticking to the same healthy breakfast each morning which can help you lose weight, according to a nutrition expert.
Kate is said to kick start each morning with a bowl of oatmeal which a nutritionist at BarBend has explained will "keep Kate filled up and with enough fuel to attend royal events, exercise and run after her three children".
The sporty princess is also known to follow a consistent workout routine in addition to her slow burn energy oats breakfast which "can be great exercise fuel, as they release energy throughout the whole workout".
The nutritionist opined that Kate may also enjoy antioxidant-filled smoothies at breaktime which would "help her maintain a natural glow and healthy skin", the Express reports.
Experts at Healthline also agreed that having oats for breakfast has many health benefits including weight loss as they explained that they are "among the healthiest grains on earth" and are "also very filling".
The health site added that oatmeal is a "great source of important vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants".
In addition to her healthy diet, it is understood that Kate ensures she dedicates time to exercise and likes to practice a range of fitness routines including cycling, cardio training, weight lifting, rowing and yoga.
The princess is also a keen runner but her favourite sport is tennis which she practices "almost daily".
The royal mother-of-three is patron of the Lawn Tennis Association and recently teamed up for a game with tennis legend Roger Federer.
William and Kate reportedly have their own tennis court at Anmer Hall which is their residence in Norfolk where she also practices with her two older children according to a royal source.
The insider claimed: "Once their school work from Thomas’s Battersea has been dealt with satisfactorily, both George and Charlotte enjoy tennis lessons on their green court.
"Kate plays almost daily with the children and they like their practice sessions with her."

"I definitely believe the Princess weight trains. There are so many benefits to weight training, from making you leaner and stronger to improving your bone density, burning fat and helping with posture".
Another source previously told the Daily Mail that the Princess makes sure she dedicates time to her fitness.
They told the publication: "Kate takes her toned physiques exceptionally seriously.
"The Princess is reportedly also a fan of CrossFit and yoga, makes time to go for a run most days, enjoys cycling, and does most of her workouts without a personal trainer."
