The Princess of Wales has said she is “deeply grateful” and “nature has helped her heal” as she celebrates her 44th birthday.

In a video posted on social media on Friday, Kate said: “Even in the coldest, darkest season, winter has a way of bringing us stillness, patience and quiet consideration.”
