When Princess Charlotte turned seven, her birthday was marked as is tradition with new photos.
They show the little princess sitting in a field of spring flowers and royal fans debated whether she looked more like her dad Prince William or her mum the Duchess of Cambridge.
And one royal expert has said that Charlotte may have inherited her mum Kate's sporty nature, which will have been reflected in her birthday gift.
Although the royal couple celebrate birthdays in their family privately and reveal few details, former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond predicted what gift and what Charlotte's birthday party may have been like.
She told OK! magazine: "We don't know for sure because the Cambridges do like to keep details of their children's birthday celebrations private, but I imagine that whatever her gift was it will have been something sporty.
"I imagine Charlotte would have had some of her friends there, and they would have been running around doing outdoorsy stuff, maybe played games and watched a movie."
On her birthday earlier this month, William and Kate said they were “delighted” to share the three new photos of Charlotte.

In one, she has her arm around the family cocker spaniel, Orla.
Kate captured the young royal sitting happily in a field of spring blooms in Norfolk over the bank holiday weekend.
In the picture featuring Orla, the dog - who has a black shiny coat - is looking to its right while Charlotte grins towards the camera, holding flowers in her left hand.
In one of the other pictures Charlotte is sitting cross-legged, while in the final picture she is sitting with her arms around her knees.
Orla is not the family's first pet.
William and Kate's's previous dog Lupo - a wedding present from Kate's brother James - died in November 2020.
The couple announced the death of Lupo in a rare personal post on their Instagram account.
