Princess Charlotte has been snapped smiling and cuddling her family's black cocker spaniel Orla in new photos marking her seventh birthday on Monday. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have released three new images to mark the day.
The photos were taken in Norfolk last weekend by the Duchess of Cambridge herself. They show Charlotte sitting in a field surrounded by spring flowers, wearing a blue jumper and white blouse.
Princess Charlotte is William and Kate’s middle child who is known for her confident and cheeky persona. She and her brothers George and Louis have largely grown up away from the spotlight - only appearing at limited royal events and with photos released on their birthdays.
