It was the royal wedding of the year attracting high-profile guests from around the world.
And among those there to see Crown Prince Hussein of Jordan wed his architect wife Princess Rajwa in a lavish ceremony in Amman was Princess Beatrice.
Accompanied by her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the 34-year-old joined her cousin Prince William and his wife Kate at the nuptials.
And it now appears that while enjoying the wedding, Beatrice was hiding a big secret from the rest of the world - she had become an auntie again.
On Monday, it was revealed that her younger sister Princess Eugenie had welcomed her second child - a son called Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank.
The little boy was born on May 30 - 48 hours before Beatrice and Edo attended the wedding in the Jordanian capital.
At the wedding, Beatrice, who is also a mum to baby Sienna, wore a stunning icy blue dress by Needle and Thread to the ceremony.
Meanwhile, at the glitzy evening reception, Beatrice opted to wear the York tiara - only the second time she has worn a headpiece in public.
The tiara was gifted by the late Queen to Beatrice's mother Sarah Ferguson and the wedding was the first time it had been seen in over 20 years.
Meanwhile, Eugenie announced the arrival of newborn Ernest with a sweet post on her Instagram account.
The late Queen’s granddaughter, 33, and husband Jack Brooksbank's second child weighed 7lb 1oz and their eldest son, two-year-old August, is "loving being a big brother already", the princess said.
Eugenie posted on her Instagram account : "Jack and I wanted to share the news that we had our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank on 30th May 2023 at 8.49 weighing 7.1lbs.
"He is named after his great great great Grandfather George, his Grandpa George and my Grandpa Ronald.
"Augie is loving being a big brother already."
Eugenie shared a sweet picture of Ernest, wearing a knitted blue and white hat, asleep in a Moses basket, and one of August tenderly stroking his brother’s head.
Ernest's great-great-great grandfather was King George V who also had Ernest as a middle name – with his full name being George Frederick Ernest Albert.
The baby's middle name is also a tender tribute to Mr Brooksbank's father George who died in 2021.
Ronnie is a nod to Sarah, Duchess of York’s father, the former royal polo manager Major Ronald Ferguson who died in 2003 and who was dubbed "the galloping major".
