Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have reportedly christened their baby daughter in a private ceremony.
It's understood that the princess and property developer were joined by their family members at Chapel Royal, St James' Palace.
Both Beatrice's sister, Princess Eugenie and their mother, Sarah Ferguson, were believed to be present on Friday, April 29.
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi got married in July 2020 and had Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi on September 18, 2021.
There had been rumours that Sienna was due to be christened in November, 2021, the Mirror reports.
This was when Eugenie's son August and Zara and Mike Tindall's son Lucas had been baptised together in front of the Queen.
However, Sienna was just two months old at the time, and Beatrice herself was christened when she was four months old in 1988.
Buckingham Palace confirmed that the couple had welcomed their first child together in an official statement.
It read: "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter on Saturday 18th September 2021, at 23.42, at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London.
"The baby weighs 6 pounds and 2 ounces. The new baby's grandparents and great-grandparents have all been informed and are delighted with the news. The family would like to thank all the staff at the hospital for their wonderful care.
"Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well, and the couple are looking forward to introducing their daughter to her big brother Christopher Woolf."
Eduardo also shared an Instagram post.
Shortly after the birth, a family friend explained the sweet meaning behind the name Sienna.
They explained: "They were looking for an Italian name which started with an S for Sarah, to honour the Duchess [Sarah Ferguson], and also reflected the golden rust colour of both the Duchess's hair colour and Beatrice's, which the new baby shares."
Edoardo, 38, had his son, Christopher Woolf with American architect Dara Huang in 2016.
However, after his relationship with her ended, he met Princess Beatrice and they started a relationship in 2018.
Their wedding, scheduled for May 29, 2020, was postponed the ceremony due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
They finally tied the knot in July that year at a private ceremony in Windsor.
