Princess Anne to get starring role at King Charles' Coronation to thank her for loyalty

Princess Anne will play a vital role next to the King for his coronation in honour of her years of unwavering loyalty.

The Princess Royal will be included in the procession as the prestigious “Gold-Stick-in-Waiting”, which is a position historically handed to a person entrusted with the personal safety of the sovereign, according to The Mirror.

As Princess Anne is a “personal aide-de-camp” to His Majesty, she will make her way on a horse behind the new King and Queen after they are crowned at Westminster Abbey on May 6.
