Princes Street to reopen on Saturday after July blaze

Edinburgh’s Princes Street will fully reopen on Saturday after a major fire at the former Debenhams store forced its partial closure in early July.

A section of the road has been closed since the blaze on July 9, meaning trams have been unable to run their full route from the airport to Newhaven and buses have faced diversions.
