Prince William quipped about four-year-old son Louis ' behaviour as the youngster missed today's trip to Cardiff.

William and Kate's youngest child was absent from Cardiff Castle, where the couple and eldest children George and Charlotte oversaw preparations for a Jubilee celebration tonight.

Anna Jones, 53, who had been in town to pick up her wedding dress, and new friend Sandra Harris, 74, engaged the children in a lively conversation about the Jubilee.
