The new Prince of Wales has issued a moving tribute following the death of his grandmother The Queen.
Prince William has taken the title from his father, Charles, who was formally proclaimed as King Charles III earlier today. And William issued a heartfelt message after his grandmother, the Queen, passed away on Thursday afternoon at Balmoral.
The Prince and Princess of Wales official Twitter account posted: "On Thursday, the world lost an extraordinary leader, whose commitment to the country, the Realms and the Commonwealth was absolute. So much will be said in the days ahead about the meaning of her historic reign.
