Prince William was branded an 'arch-nemesis' by his brother Prince Harry in his new tell-all book, it has been revealed.
The Duke of Sussex's memoir Spare is set to be released next week, but extracts from the upcoming book have been leaked today, detailing his fractured relationship with his brother and future king.
Explosive claims from the memoir include Prince Harry accusing Prince William of physically attacking him after they discussed Meghan Markle.
In a teaser for the interview with Good Morning America, set to be broadcast on Monday, Harry, 38, discusses the new claims which are set to come to light, The Mirror reports.
In a teaser, a presenter is heard telling Harry: "There's a quote in the book where you refer to your brother as your 'beloved brother and arch nemesis'. Strong words."
While Harry's response to the question is not aired, he is seen nodding with a grave expression on his face and moving his hands.
An extract from the book was leaked by the Guardian before the Sun found a copy on sale in a Spanish bookstore despite the tight pre-launch security.
In it, Harry claims he was physically attacked by his brother in a row and that it was him and the Princess of Wales who encouraged him to wear a Nazi uniform to a fancy dress party 2005.
Harry wrote: "William called me another name, then came at me. It all happened so fast. So very fast. He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.
"I landed on the dog's bowl, which cracked under my back, the pieces cutting into me. I lay there for a moment, dazed, then got to my feet and told him to get out."
Other revelations from the book include how the brothers' nicknames are Willy and Harold and how their father pleaded after the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral: "Please, boys. Don't make my final years a misery."
Another claim includes King Charles' joke about William and Harry being the "heir and a spare".
