We finally did it! For once, we hit .500 on our prop picks.
Laugh all you want, but this is a moment I’m going to enjoy, because woof. It’s been a rough season through seven weeks for your boy.
But as we approach Week 8, dare I say momentum is on my side? In a week I declined any quarterback props, I nailed my picks for Tyler Boyd, Robert Woods and Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
Now, we’re bringing the QBs back into the fold with the big Giants-Seahawks battle taking center stage, though I still leaned heavily into the receiving yards market.

DeAndre Hopkins, Arizona Cardinals: Over 74.5 receiving yards at Minnesota Vikings
After putting up 103 yards in his first game back last Thursday, DeAndre Hopkins should see a lot of work in a game the Cards could be forced into a pass-heavy game script.

Daniel Jones, New York Giants: Over 197.5 passing yards at Seattle Seahawks
Seattle’s surprisingly high-scoring offense could force the Giants into passing more than they’d prefer, and Jones has eclipsed this number in two of his last three games.

Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints: Over 65.5 receiving yards vs. Las Vegas Raiders
Olave has failed to eclipse 65 yards just twice all season, and he shouldn’t expect a whole lot of resistance against Las Vegas’ secondary.

Devin Singletary, Buffalo Bills: Over 57.5 rushing yards vs. Green Bay Packers
If this turns into the blowout the spread suggests it will, Singletary should receive plenty of work as Buffalo works the clock. Even if the game doesn’t go that way, Green Bay has been awful against the run.

Geno Smith, Seahawks: Under 237.5 passing yards vs. Giants
Remember how I mentioned Seattle’s offense being good? Well, that includes the rushing attack, which I expect the team to lean on against the Giants. That will eat into Smith’s opportunities to crack this number.

Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins: Over 62.5 receiving yards at Detroit Lions
Waddle and Tyreek Hill will probably crack their overs in Detroit, but I picked the receiver with the lower total to reach. Waddle has hit this number in five of seven games this year, including two straight.
