Prince Harry shared much in common with his late grandfather Prince Philip, who died almost one year ago.
And one of the biggest similarities between the men was that they both proudly served in the military.
As a young man, Philip served in the Royal Navy, where he saw action during the Second World War and was even mentioned in dispatches for his service during the Battle of Cape Matapan, in which he manned his battleship’s searchlights.
Meanwhile, his grandson Harry spent 10 years in the Army, which saw him carry out two tours of duty in Afghanistan during his military career.
And before he went off to the war-torn country, Harry once shared the blunt words of advice his grandfather gave him about seeing active service.
In the documentary Prince Philip: The Royal Family Remembers, Harry recalled that his grandad simply told him: "Make sure you come back alive."
Harry told the documentary: "Going off to Afghanistan, he was very matter of fact and just said, 'Make sure you come back alive...'

"Then when I came back, there wasn't a deep level of discussion, more a case of, 'Well you made it. How was it?' That's how he was.
"He was very much a listener, he sort of set the scene for you to be able to share as much as you wanted to share but he would never probe."
Before Philip's death last April, Harry and his wife Meghan Markle quit their roles as senior working royals and moved to California to carve out a new life together.
One of only two times since then that Harry has returned to the UK was for his grandfather's funeral at Windsor Castle.
Harry was one of just 30 mourners at the small ceremony, which was dramatically scaled back due to Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time.
However, for Philip's memorial service last week, Harry decided not to make the trip back to the UK to attend - making him Philip's only grandchild not to be there.
His non-attendance came amid a row over his security in the UK, with Harry saying it wasn't safe for him to bring his family here.
The Sussexes also opted against releasing a statement or a tribute to Harry's grandfather to mark the day.
And royal expert Ingrid Seward, author of Prince Philip Revealed, told The Mirror she believes their silence speaks volumes.
She said: "The wall of silence was as loud as if they had shouted from the abbey rafters. The normally verbose duke and duchess of Sussex said nothing."
