Prince Harry warned to 'stay away' from King's Coronation amid Camilla row

Prince Harry has been warned he should "stay away" from the upcoming Coronation of King Charles in May, as one royal expert has claimed he is yet to really feel his dad's wrath following his scathing comments on his wife Camilla.

It comes as there were more than 60 mentions of Camilla in Harry's bombshell memoir, Spare, with the Duke of Sussex not holding back on his dislike for "the other woman."

However, his labelling of Camilla as the "wicked stepmother" is said to have crossed the line for King Charles.

And now, according to reports in The Mirror, the monarch thinks his youngest son went too far with his criticism of the Queen Consort.

The huge celebration in May will officially mark King Charles as monarch to the throne, following the late Queen Elizabeth's passing in September last year.

But despite Harry and his wife Meghan Markle being officially invited to the historical ceremony, they have been warned well and truly to stay away amid the royal drama.

Paul Burrell, who was the former servant of Harry's mum Princess Diana, told the 38-year-old to "stay in America" with his wife to "live a long and happy life" as he still hasn't felt the wrath of his dad fully, despite recently being evicted from Frogmore Cottage.

Paul, 64, told Closer Magazine: "The King's wrath is yet to come down on his son. He has criticised the woman he loves in public.

"Harry and Meghan should stay in America and live a long and happy life there. There's not a life for them here now. "They've turned their back on the Royal Family, the country and the people of the country."

Paul also admitted that, while the couple's attendance for the Coronation still hangs in the balance, he believes Meghan will stay clear as she's not "brave or strong enough" to deal with the potential backlash.

The comments come as Prince Harry and Meghan opted to avoid this year's Oscars ceremony at the weekend, with a PR expert claiming they did so to avoid negative press.

Carla Speight, PR consultant, said: "Their documentary wasn't nominated. Meghan's not currently acting and I don't think Harry has any plans to either, though stranger things have happened with them recently.

"If they showed up to the Oscars, it would raise many questions as to why and, ultimately, it wouldn’t be a good look for them as it makes no sense."

And speaking to the Express, Carla said there would have only been three reasons why the royal couple would have turned up to the Oscars.

She said: "Either they've been nominated, are networking or have a project they want to plug. Harry and Meghan don't have any of those reasons to be there, so it's no surprise they weren't there."
