Prince Harry could be excluded from the Coronation of King Charles due to concerns among senior royals that he will continue to leak private conversations - but do you think he should attend?
The Duke of Sussex shared shocking accusations in his tell-all memoir Spare about members of his family, including claims that Prince William physically attacked him and details a tense exchange between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton.
The bombshell book also documents a clash with his brother over the Oprah Winfrey interview, as well as a private discussion with William and Charles just an hour after Prince Philip’s funeral.
According to The Sun, senior royals are concerned that encounters with Harry at the Coronation will “end up in the paperback” edition of his memoir.
We asked Mirror readers if they think Prince Harry should attend the historic event on May 6, and 86 percent of responses opposed the idea.
A total of 8,283 people voted in our poll, and around 7,085 responses selected the option: “No - He has lost their trust by revealing private conversations.”
This opinion largely dominated the comments section, as one reader wrote: “The Coronation is an official event. Officially Harry and Meghan have no role. So, they don‘t belong there. They should rather give those two places to some NHS - or charity-heroes who make a true impact for the good of society and not for their bank accounts.”
Another added: “How could he ever be trusted with any normal conversation when you know it will be twisted and used, this would make everybody he met uneasy and spoil their day. For me a definite NO."

“Apart from his hatred for his whole family he is now a security risk and should not be allowed to come near his former family again,” penned a third.
Meanwhile, around 13 percent of readers believe the younger prince should attend the momentous occasion.
One person wrote: “I think Prince Harry should attend the Coronation. He is still part of the institution by birth. Has never vowed to abdicate his birthright. Royal disagreements and misunderstandings do not start with him; he is not the first to manifest his emotional frustrations with the institution.”
“Harry is the King's son, by birth, of course he should be there. He will also be the King's brother one day. They need to change, or it's pointless having a monarchy,” echoed a second reader.
And a third stated: “He has done nothing wrong, he should be invited to the coronation and watch it from home, there is too much ill feeling currently, personally I'd love seeing Harry and Meghan at the coronation but considering the circumstances/ situation I wouldn't advise it.”
Only one percent of respondents selected the option “I don’t know”.
It is unclear whether the King will invite his youngest son to the event, which falls on the fourth birthday of their son Archie.
But if they do attend, a senior royal insider said that it would be ‘unlikely’ that they would be included in major public appearances, including the balcony moment.
