Prince Harry and Meghan Markle infamously quit the Royal Family in 2020 to live a more private life in the US.

However, a body language expert believes the Duke of Sussex seems to be "very much enjoying" his return to the spotlight as he was filmed by camera crews for an upcoming Netflix show.

The 37-year-old royal and wife Meghan were both followed by camera crews for the Duke's upcoming documentary series Heart of Invictus, about the Invictus Games.
