Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made a promise to Her Majesty the Queen that she will get to see her great-grandchildren Archie and Lilibet "in the near future". The couple flew into the UK from California on Thursday April 14 for a secret face-to-face meeting with the Queen, who still hasn't met her great granddaughter Lilibet.
It was while on the whistlestop visit to London that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex assured the Queen that she would get to see both grandchildren soon. They also opened up the possibility that they will return from the US for the Platinum Jubilee.
The Mirror reports that Harry and Meghan also saw Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall in a closely-guarded visit to Windsor Castle. However, they didn't meet with Prince William who is believed to be on a skiing holiday in the French Alps this week with wife Kate and their three children - though they were aware of Harry and Meghan's visit.
