Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex have are reported to have been invited to appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration in a move that signals another step taken towards repairing the relationship between the couple and the royal family.
It comes after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex walked away in 2020 and have spent most of their time in California since. But olive branches are reported to have been extended recently from both sides, with the couple having made a secret visit to the Queen and Prince Charles on their way to the Netherlands for the Invictus Games, the Mirror reports.
The Telegraph has reported that the pair have been invited to join the rest of the Royal Family for the traditional balcony appearance to watch an RAF fly past, on June 2.
