Prince Harry admits he had frostbitten penis when he was best man at William and Kate's wedding

Prince Harry's brand new memoir Spare has already got the whole world talking before its release as it was accidentally put on sale in Spain, meaning some inside royal secrets have already been brought to light.

In one section of the book, Harry admits that he was in a bit of discomfort during Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding as he was suffering from a frostbitten penis.

In the much anticipated memoir, Harry makes number of personal revelations, including that he is circumcised. The prince speaks about a 200-mile Arctic charity walk he took part in just before his brother's wedding, which left his ears, cheeks and 'todger' in pain as he was his brother's best man.

The prince embarked on a trek through the North Pole alongside four ex-servicemen who were injured in Afghanistan as part of the Walking with the Wounded expedition.

During the 13-day trek, over £2 million was raised for the charity, but despite this great achievement, the trip left Harry in pain with frostbite.

Shortly after, on April 29, 2011, Harry was his brother's best man as he married Kate Middleton, however he was still recovering from injuries, Page Six reports.

Harry then said that his dad King Charles, was "interested" and "sympathetic" about his "frost nipped" ears and cheeks, writes The Mirror.

But the frostbite on his face was the least of his worries, Harry said in the book: “While the ears and cheeks were already healing, the todger wasn’t. It was becoming more of an issue by the day".

The 38-year-old said in the end he had to see a doctor as the Elizabeth Arden cream he had been using wasn't helping.

The frostbite wasn't the only time Harry discussed his privates in the book and he went on to address the long-running rumour that he is not circumcised.

Harry said that the press had written about his manhood "extensively" saying that he had not been circumcised, however went on to say that that information was wrong.

He wrote: “Mummy had forbidden it, they all said, and while it’s absolutely true that the chance of getting penile frostbite is much greater if you’re not circumcised, all the stories were false. I was snipped as a baby.”
