Halloween is fast approaching - and children up and down the country will be getting to work carving their pumpkins and picking out their scariest costumes.
And it seems that royal children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will be no different.
Their grandmother Carole, the mum of the Princess of Wales, has revealed she has been growing her own pumpkins this year - and she's looking forward to decorating them with her family.
Carole talked about the plans in an Instagram post for her successful party supplies company Party Pieces, where she talked about her love of autumn weather."
She said: "Halloween is an autumn highlight for me. I can still remember the fun and frights from my own childhood; the chance to dress up, decorate pumpkins and go trick-or-treating!
"I’ve even grown my own pumpkins this year, so I’m looking forward to decorating those with my loved ones."
Carole is a grandmother of six to George, Charlotte and Louis as well as Arthur, Grace and Rose - the children of Kate's sister Pippa Matthews.
She previously revealed in an interview that she's a very "hands-on" grandmother and once told Good Housekeeping : "I want to run down the hills, climb the trees and go through the tunnel at the playground.
"As long as I am able to, that's what I'll be doing. I cook with them, I muck around dancing, we go on bike rides."
However, it's not the first time that light has been shed on the royal children's Halloween celebrations.
In 2019, Kate was once spotted at a Sainsburys supermarket buying Halloween costumes for her children.
She was seen at the supermarket on the Hardwick Industrial Estate, Norfolk, close to their home of Anmer Hall, and was overheard asking some of the children in the store what they were going to dress up as.
George and Charlotte were with their mum and followed her around as she did her shopping.
She later used the self-service checkouts, where she purchased her Halloween goods.
Mum-of-four Kathy Whittaker later spoke of her shock to see Kate browsing the supermarket clothes while a brawny six-foot bodyguard lingered close by.
Kathy explained: "Another shopper said that Kate was in the shop near the clothing and pointed where she was to me. I just couldn't believe it.
"She was with Charlotte and George looking at Halloween outfits but her bodyguard was kind of watching people with phones and telling them no pictures.
"You just don't expect it to happen, you think Kate would shop in Waitrose or Harrods."
