While the newly-crowned King Charles III and Queen Camilla might have seemed slightly puzzled by Miss Piggy and Kermit The Frog's appearance on stage during the Coronation concert, Princess Charlotte and Prince George were over the moon by their arrival.

The iconic characters from The Muppet Show joined host of the event, Hugh Bonneville, on stage and left the young royals in fits of giggles as Miss Piggy flirted with the Notting Hill actor, the Mirror reports.

As she made moves on the English actor, the cameras panned over to Prince George and Princess Charlotte who were laughing and chatting with one another about the strange encounter.
