The Prince of Wales was facing questions last night after a report claimed that he had accepted €1m (£860,000) cash in a suitcase from a Qatari sheikh.

According to The Sunday Times, Prince Charles was personally handed the suitcase by Qatari politician Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani.
